ADVANTAGE

• Recess featured on the outdoor face of the transom section facilitates effective drainage of ingressed water gathered at the sill of openable lite and fixed lite
• Built in rebate on the openable inner frame section facilitates the head rail of the inner frame to trap ingressed rain water if any and drain them sideways and downwards to the window sill

PERFORMANCE

Wind Loading

• Complied with AAMA heavy commercial rating (at test pressure of 1200Pa, deflection of framing members were within the limit of span/175 )

Air Infiltration

• Exceeded AAMA heavy commercial rating (at test pressure of 300Pa, air leakage was within 1.09m3/hr.m2 of area of fixed portion of the window and 0.56m3/hr.m length of opening joint of openable portion of the window)

Water tightness

• Complied with AAMA heavy commercial rating (up to test pressure of 300Pa, free from water leakage)
